From Within Rome:
Follow Turin Road [NY-26]. Turn right on to Elmer Hill Road [CR-60]. The center and festival will be on your right, about 0.7 miles on Elmer Hill Road.

From Utica:
Take NY-5 E. Turn slight left to take the ramp toward Rome [RT-49 W]. Merge onto NY-49 W. Take the RT-365 E ramp toward Griffiss Business Park/E Dominick Street, and stay towards the left heading into the Griffiss Business Park. Turn right on to Black River Blvd N [NY-46]. Turn slight left onto Elmer Hill Road [CR-60] and the center will be on your left about 2.6 miles on Elmer Hill Road.
